Forbes India Unveils 2024 "30 Under 30" List, Showcasing Young Trailblazers

Forbes India, a renowned business magazine, has unveiled its annual roster of ’30 Under 30,’ spotlighting 30 exceptional individuals under the age of 30 across diverse industries. This year’s list features 38 achievers across 19 categories, meticulously selected by expert juries for each field. From Climate Change and Clean Energy to various sectors, these young talents are poised to leave a significant mark on the vibrant Indian market, embodying resilience and innovation.

“Forbes India 30 Under 30 has yet again identified a remarkable array of entrepreneurs, professionals, designers, influencers, and athletes who have defied odds to pursue their passions and embody success. These young achievers are true outliers in their respective domains and individuals to watch for the coming decade,” the magazine remarked.

According to the list, this year’s youngest winners are Aadit Palicha, 21, and Kalvalya Vohra, 21, co-founders of Zepto. Despite launching their e-commerce platform amidst the Covid pandemic, Zepto has swiftly emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing internet companies, boasting 150 stores and targeting annualized sales of $200 million by April 2025, as per Forbes. The recent unicorn is valued at $1.6 billion and secured $235.4 million in funding in 2023, with backing from StepStone, Nexus, Oliver Jung, and others.

Introducing a new category, B2B, this year, Forbes recognized Shreyans Chopra’s Mstack, a cross-border custom manufacturing platform specializing in specialty chemicals.

Among the notable honorees is NxtWave, founded by Anupam Pedarla and Sashank Reddy, offering various tech courses. Hunny Bhagchandani’s Torchit, dedicated to creating innovations aiding people with disabilities, also earned recognition.

Athletes Parul Chaudhury and Jyothi Yarraji, set to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics, feature in the sports category, alongside entertainment personalities Rashmika Mandanna and Radhika Madan.

In the fashion realm, Vishesh Khanna, owner of AK-OK and son of renowned designer Anamika Khanna, shares the limelight with Vishal Tolambia, founder and CEO of Humanity Centred Designs.

Additional notable figures on the list include Ankit Alok Bagaria, co-founder and CEO of Loopworm; Shipra Biswas, Chief Product Officer and Head of Marketing at Augnito; and Ajinkya Dhariya, Founder of PadCare Labs.

In total, the list encompasses nine women, with the highest funding raised by a nominee reaching $235.4 million.
